First of all, you will find members for your exclusive racing team yourself. Each player will have their own strategy. Some people want to start small, tend to recruit, train unnamed racers and make them heroes. Others want to start impressively, win the first match, you think good people will give good results.
When you’re just starting, don’t be afraid to take part in a series of mini-matches. It’s time for you to hone your Management and Coaching skills. It is also a time to help you accumulate money and play experience. Many small bonuses will add up to large amounts, giving you many new growth opportunities.
To win in tough races, you will have to work hard to learn and combine the strengths of each racer in the degree to come up with a good strategy. Because each track itself will have a specified speed, time limit, and different short and long races. SumoDude123: Amazing game. I love it and I have loved it for many years. My one issue is driver falling outs, they happen way too often and randomly, I just had a driver (verstappen) who had won 3 drivers championships suddenly fall out with my team after winning 4 races in a row. Edit: I would like to see either more classic seasons or a way to create your own season.
Kb gamin’: very Good game, f2 would be class as you could hire f2 drivers for your team instead of random youth drivers. Also changing driver stats and traits would be cool (and quali 1,2,3 and practice sessions(practice give drivers more experience and can upgrade if young and maybe give small boost in research or current car or a discount either is good)).
Garry Smith: Best motorsports manager game available. Great R&D system that makes it hard to dominate. Team stats to see where you stack up to other teams and driver hall of fame is a nice touch. Looking forward to the future developments.
