Martyn Mackie: Great game plenty to do but hope you don’t have am issue which requires support. Expect a long turnaround time I sent a message and finally got a reply asking for more info 3 days later, I sent my reply to the message an hour later than was received and still have not received a reply 4 days have past since my reply and 7 days since originally asking a simple support question absolutely ridiculous.
Crimson Dynasty: Since I’ve hit level 100 support has gotten much faster at replying to your problems. I still feel however that there is simply too much going on. The main island, little island, moms resort, community island. I love our community now but soo much extra with all the other things. Missions on every other Friday..IDK you just get overwhelmed sometimes…. especially with the Halloween disaster event.( nobody has liked it- ghosts were way too greedy)
Sammy Anderson: Usually love this game…BUT… i’m starting to get really peed off that I still can’t get into my game on my tablet following the update, trying all the usual of clearing cache and uninstalling etc and then contacting support but no-one has bothered to get back to me when I reported a week ago.
