GETTR users can post videos up until 3 minutes, edit videos directly in the app and save them as live streams. They can also post up to 777 character.

Random Chiroptera: The limit on the size of a post is somewhat similar to Twitter. The navigation is similar to Facebook. You can express yourself freely, much like Candid did when it was first released. However, there is no hidden algorithm-building agenda. There are no ads on the app or in your feed. And, best of all, users are only bound by the Terms of Services. There are no unwritten rules that require political correctness.

Jolie Laide: This is what we hope to see. basically the bird app but 1000× better. still figuring it out some & thus far my only complaint is being able to choose who i reply (Android phone), but the 777 character limit makes SO much difference in terms of ability to express a full fledged idea & leads to actual convos & thought provocations,. unlike the afformentioned which seems set up just to piss people off & start drama. really like it & hope Gettr does well & stays around. plus isn’t censoring left&right
